Microbubble aerator is composed of water pump, micro-nano generator, pressure gauge, aeration head and some pipe fittings. It is a set of river dissolved oxygen correction equipment specially developed for river management. The core technology of the system is to use nanotechnology to compress a lot of air into a lot of 0.25mm diameter pressureless microbubbles, and then use the release system to pass the 0.25mm diameter pressureless microbubbles through the gas phase under semi-vacuum. The height of the phase is loose, generating micro-sized bubbles and nano-sized bubbles with a diameter of less than 3μ, collectively called micro-nano bubbles released into the water body to achieve the effect of sensitive oxygenation to the water body. The micro-nano bubbles will not increase and will not float at all. It has a long survival time, can last up to 72 hours in water, has a large lower surface, special physical and chemical characteristics such as high interfacial activity, which is charged with energy. It has a large contact area with water and a high dissolved oxygen rate. The system releases many micro-nano bubbles to every corner of the water through the release system at the set water depth, and the oxygen utilization can reach more than 50%-80%. This equipment uses purely physical methods to generate bubble water without adding any chemical substances. The power consumption ratio can be reduced to 1/5 compared with the best domestic aeration equipment, which is much higher than traditional equipment, and the energy-saving effect is significant.
The microbubble aerator uses micro-nano loosening technology, the micro-nano bubbles will not increase and float at all. It has special physical and chemical characteristics such as long survival time, high specific surface area, high interfacial activity, and charged energy. It has large contact-area with water and high dissolved oxygen rate. Using purely physical methods to generate sparkling water, without adding any chemical substances, is classified as an energy-saving product. By compensating and strengthening the missing conditions of the ecological self-purification function of the water body, then restore and activate new abilities of the "indigenous" microorganisms in the water body. In this way, improving the restoration and enhancement of the ecological self-purification function of the water body, which accelerates the degradation, transformation, and transfer of pollutants in it.
